Rheinland Elektro maschinen Group is trying to organize and optimize technical procedures, such as spare part ordering, complaints etc. and therefore it has organized
1. International Rheinland Elektro maschinen service & technical conference.
Our partners from different countries joined us on the 2 day conference.
We wished a warm welcome to everybody and started with technical department presentations.
We explained the procedures in spare parts ordering.
In between the presentations some questions arose and we gladly answered them.
We continued with basic service schematics and complaint procedures.
After lunch a practical product presentations followed with troubleshooting and advisement.
After hard work we invited the guests to a dinner and an indoor carting.
Everybody enjoyed and relaxed in a spontaneous conversations.
At the end of the race the best and the fastest drivers received a certificates and medals.
The next morning we revealed a surprise incentive plan which included a trip to New York.
We continued with practical demonstrations and training sessions.
At the end all attendees received an Rheinland Elektro maschinen certificate.
We congratulated everybody and thank them for attending the conference.
